LCSN Operators Meeting

Indeed I can. I'm getting the email copy as well, but I don't usually have time to post. I'll try to be a little better about it.
ReplyDeleteCurrently on the docket at LCSN is a bunch of deferred fieldwork. We fixed an accelerometer site and two short period sites in the NYC area and swapped a failing digitizer at Howe Caverns this week. The short period analog radio sites are still planned to be retired, but we are in talks to replace them as equipment becomes available.
We are also going back to Dillsburg next week to remove our portable stations. There are 40-50 locatable events from our brief stay, but activity is down to about one felt event per week. These events are shallow and felt over about a 1 mile radius area. Even events below local magnitude of 1 are being felt. Also for next week's fieldwork we will stop by Ithaca which is also having a digitizer and power supply issue.
